The Association is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. The Association may change this policy from time to time and the updated policy will be displayed on our website. The Association does not collect any information on it’s website and does not use Cookies.

We may collect the following information in writing, by email, by text or verbally:

Why we collect this information:
We require this information if you enquire about hiring the Firthfields Community Centre (hereafter “the centre”), run an activity group, buy tickets to one of our events, are a member of the 200 Club or are a member of the Firthfields Gardening Club. This information will help us to understand your needs and provide you with a better service.
What we do with the information we gather:
We may use the information to contact you regarding your hire of the centre, your activity group, your Club or events at the Firthfields Community Centre.
We may use the information for internal record keeping.
We may use the information to improve the service we provide.
We may periodically send promotional emails via TT-Mail about forthcoming events at the centre or other information that we think you may find interesting using the email address that you have provided. You will have the option to unsubscribe from our Mailing List using the link available in each email.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

- Whenever you are asked to fill in a form, look for the box that you can tick to indicate that you do not want the email information to be added to the Association’s Mailing List.

GDPR specifies a number of personal data categories, which it classes as "sensitive", e.g health information, ethnic origin or religion etc.

You have a legal right to access the personal information we hold about you, this is called a subject access request. In order to fulfil your request, we will need you to verify your identity. The request can be made through any of the contact methods listed and is provided for a one-off fee of £10 (payable in advance).

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy at our own discretion or without warning in line with legislation in force at the time.
